Mutual de Seguridad recognized Tunning for maintaining a zero accident rate, the result of sustained efforts based on leadership, technology, and organizational commitment.
This month, we received significant recognition from Mutual de Seguridad, acknowledging our zero accident rate over the past 15 years. This milestone reflects not only our results but also a sustained approach to work, in which occupational safety and health are central to our management.
This achievement has been consistently driven by our Head of Human Resources, Solange Poblete, whose leadership has been key to establishing a robust preventive culture, both on-site and in administrative operations. While safety is a cross-organizational commitment, her strategic management has provided continuity and depth to this approach.
Preventive Culture and Continuous Improvement
“At Tunning, we have strengthened our Occupational Health and Safety management by integrating technology, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance as central pillars,” explains Solange Poblete.
This has resulted in the incorporation of monitoring tools that allow us to anticipate risks in the field, as well as the modernization of our personal protective equipment, with a focus on comfort and efficiency for our teams.
Added to this is the implementation of connectivity solutions and digital platforms, which allow us to maintain constant communication with our teams, even in remote areas, strengthening supervision and preventive management. At the same time, we have improved ergonomic conditions in the workplace and developed monthly training sessions that reinforce awareness and the active role of each employee.
One of the main achievements has been precisely the consolidation of a solid safety culture. “The greatest achievement has been maintaining a zero-accident record for 15 years, a reflection of the organization-wide commitment,” highlights Poblete.
Challenges: Sustaining and Projecting the Standard
Maintaining this standard over time presents new challenges. Our focus is on continuing to strengthen a safety culture rooted in conviction, where each person takes an active and conscious role in self-care and prevention.
To move forward in this direction, we will continue to deepen our communication and awareness strategies, promoting clear and relatable messages that reinforce safe behaviors in every task. The leadership of our managers will remain a key factor, acting as agents of change and role models in promoting best practices.

We will also continue to implement technological tools that optimize preventive management, particularly in areas such as the oversight of occupational health exams, the traceability of personal protective equipment, and the monitoring of working conditions.
Our challenge is not only to maintain a zero-accident record but to sustain it over time. To this end, we will continue to promote continuous improvement, adapt to new risks, and strengthen an organizational culture where safety and health are core, non-negotiable values. Because, as we promote every day, safety begins with each and every one of us.
