At Tunning, we are evolving our business approach toward relationships built on trust, technical expertise, and ongoing collaboration, in response to the new demands of the mining and energy industries.
At Tunning Ingeniería, we understand that industrial projects are no longer defined solely by a specific technical solution, but by the ability to build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and the creation of shared value. In an increasingly demanding environment, we have aligned our business strategy with a model that allows us to support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their operations.
In 2025, we made significant progress in this direction. “It was a year of growth and consolidation of internal work within our teams, strengthening technical competencies and incorporating new technologies that enable better performance in the engineering, programming, and commissioning phases,” notes Daniela Jara, our commercial manager.
This development was also reflected in the expansion of our service contracts unit, where we succeeded in consolidating key relationships and maintaining strategic contracts in the large-scale mining sector, reinforcing our presence and responsiveness.
Long-term relationships as a strategic focus
“At Tunning, we believe that the success of a project is shared, and that is why we focus on delivering a service that adapts to the real dynamics of each operation,” explains Jara.
In this context, we work with a flexible and adaptive approach, anticipating the changes inherent to each project and actively positioning ourselves as part of the solution. This is complemented by an organizational culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
Likewise, our relationships with technology partners such as Siemens and Rockwell are a fundamental pillar. These strategic alliances allow us to deliver robust solutions, backed by technical and commercial support, and to remain at the forefront of technological development.
Challenges and outlook: proximity, trust, and specialization
The main challenge is to deepen our relationship with our clients, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and supporting them as their operations evolve.

To move forward on this path, we are developing internal tools to strengthen our competitiveness and enable us to manage risks at every stage of our projects, ensuring greater cost control and reduced uncertainty.
This approach aligns with our strategic growth priorities, which include strengthening our presence in the Peruvian market and moving forward with the development of a commercial office in the United States.
Strategic relationships will continue to be built on trust, consistency, and expertise. We aim to position ourselves as a reliable technical partner, capable of supporting our clients on complex projects across different regions and over the long term.
