Where are electrical grid technologies headed globally?

Claudio Jara and Daniela Jara attended Siemens’ Global Grid+ 2025 Summit in Germany, strengthening Tunning’s position in the global market for cutting-edge electricity management.

Smart Grids play a key role in energy automation, as they enable the integration of information and communication technologies to optimize electricity management from generation to consumption.

At Tunning, we create Smart Grids together with Siemens, our strategic partner for the past decade. In this context, Claudio Jara and Daniela Jara, the company’s general manager and commercial manager, respectively, participated in the Global Grid+ 2025 Summit in Ciudad, Germany, from June 25 to 27.

“This is a key event for understanding, from Siemens’ perspective, where electrical grid technologies are headed globally,” said Daniela Jara, explaining that the trip allowed them to strengthen their relationship with Siemens, connect with other players in the ecosystem, and update the technological vision presented by global leaders in energy digitization.

The meeting also deepened Tunning’s relationship with the Siemens team, leadership, and partner network, which represents a step forward in the company’s positioning in a market that demands not only technology but also collaboration.

“This trip responds to one of Tunning’s strategic focuses, which is to develop the grid area as a business unit, as we have technical expertise and see real growth potential. And Siemens is a key partner for this,” said Claudio Jara.

Among the opportunities opening up for Tunning are projects, but also services such as subscription management, cloud management services, and the connection of Siemens cloud solutions, which open up a range of possible business models. Thus, seeing first-hand the advances in products and platforms allows us to imagine better solutions, with a regional and global vision.

“Understanding how the industry is moving in Latin America and the rest of the world is essential to staying competitive,” concluded Tunning’s general manager, thanking Siemens for the invitation, which not only welcomed them but also allowed them to visit their facilities and learn about their different product lines.
